For each session I develop a personalized workout that is tailored to your fitness goals. No two workouts are ever the same! I change things up to prevent your muscles from plateauing and keep you motivated. All you need to bring is water and determination! In an effort to maximize our time together, I use our warm up and cool down time to discuss your nutritional concerns and keep you on track with your health and fitness goals. All this inside a private training studio with a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Nutrition Specialist so you can be sure you are getting your money’s worth!
